THE BRIGHT SOLUTION
The project is based on the complete redecoration of a two-story apartment on the 21rst floor in a condominium. The apartment stands out due to its double-height space and the utilization of natural light.
In 2017, the committee of the International Property Award granted the prize to this project because of its distinguished interior design.

A LUMINOUS IDEA
The needs of the client were clear: the space needed plenty of light in the lower level. For that reason, the creation of a double-height area was decided in order to allow the incoming of natural light to the property.
A NEW LOOK
The creation of a double-height area radically transformed the property filling it with life and personality. In the living areas, the inside walls were eliminated giving it an industrial appearance, resembling a loft more than an apartment. The bedrooms and bathrooms are now comfortable spaces where each detail was planned.
